Skater bodies get put through a lot and can end up with tightness and muscle imbalances. This yoga class will focus on poses and stretches that target those trouble areas but is also open to anyone who loves a good yoga class. Skater family and friends welcome too!

WHO SHOULD ATTEND
Skaters interested in working on their flexibility and injury prevention.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
A yoga mat, water bottle and small towel. Everything else will be provided
Spots are limited so we highly recommend that you book your spot in advance by purchasing online
Drop ins require at least 1 registrant to go forward. Neon Skates reserves the right to cancel those classes that do not have sufficient registration numbers and so we ask that whenever possible, participants pre-register online.
